Job Details

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, growth marketing, or revenue operations.
Experience optimizing end-to-end lead lifecycle processes and CRM workflows.
Experience developing and maintaining lead scoring models and marketing attribution.
Strong analytical skills with experience identifying trends and actionable insights from data.
Ability to communicate technical data and systems information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and technical teams.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Tableau).
Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation for marketing operations and reporting.
Professional qualification in marketing, revenue operations, or analytics is desirable.
Experience in B2B SaaS environments is desirable.
Familiarity with SQL is desirable.

Optimize lead and account scoring models, marketing qualification processes, and routing automations.
Analyze lead-to-pipeline conversion rates to optimize outbound activity and remove bottlenecks.
Analyze engagement, intent signals, and buying committee activity for account-based marketing.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for global marketing performance and KPIs.
Maintain marketing attribution models measuring campaign, channel, and asset impact.
Analyze budget spend and marketing ROI to improve cost effectiveness.
Implement and optimize automated workflows across the technology stack.
Monitor marketing operations process health to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
