Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive business development or strategic partnerships experience.
- Definitive track record of function-level or domain-level leadership within fintech, payroll, or ad-tech.
- Proven track record of architecting, negotiating, and scaling corporate alliances and high-performing monetization pipelines from scratch.
- Deep understanding of affiliate networks, programmatic monetization engines, and the strategic inner workings of modern digital marketplaces.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills for resolving multi-layered commercial challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills with proven ability to influence C-suite executives and board members.
- Established, high-level professional network spanning financial technology, employer benefits, and consumer marketplace verticals.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern DailyPay’s long-term business development strategy for the Perks Marketplace, aligning product capabilities with high-impact partner monetization channels.
- Orchestrate and execute complex commercial structures, including premium affiliate, referral, and deeply embedded partner offers.
- Influence the strategic alignment between business development and product infrastructure, utilizing advanced knowledge of marketplaces, ad serving, and third-party monetization models.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the C-suite, providing market foresight to unlock new product categories.
- Provide authoritative executive presence in partner management efforts, serving as the point of escalation for critical ecosystem relationships.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Partnerships and Product leaders to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate ecosystem performance against macroeconomic shifts to maximize user engagement and platform financial health.
