- Proficiency in Python for automating data workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and database provisioning automation.
- Proficiency in version control workflows using GitLab or GitHub.
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, and RDS.
- Ability to handle large datasets for accurate, high-performance processing.
Responsibilities
- Design, support, and optimize data systems powering critical environmental research.
- Manage PostgreSQL databases to ensure efficient storage and delivery of large data volumes.
- Develop scalable solutions for data orchestration, automation, and operational reliability.
- Optimize SQL-based workflows and improve overall system performance.
- Implement Python-driven automation and maintain CI/CD processes for database provisioning.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders and technical teams to support mission-critical information flows.
