- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, Science or Technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3 - 7+ years of experience in a Sales Support, Customer Service or Technical Support role
- Experience working within a technical or industrial environment
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems
- Experience supporting customers and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Self-starter capable of working independently
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Support Sales team with quotes, proposals, order support, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) and sales documentation
- Manage pricing tools, price lists, and product configurations
- Coordinate order entry, tracking, and delivery timelines with Customer Service
- Provide basic to intermediate technical support and troubleshooting
- Assist customers in product selection and application for lab water systems
- Coordinate with service teams for installations, maintenance, and warranty support
