Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to work autonomously and take direction.
- Exceptional ability to build working relationships in a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice and the potential of second chances.
- Knowledge of or commitment to learning social impact issues, such as post-incarceration reentry.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and social media strategy preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with corporate and community partners for employment, donations, or in-kind support.
- Conduct online research and compile data to support criminal justice and reentry initiatives.
- Support intake and preparation for meetings with prospective funders.
- Design marketing materials including pitch decks, newsletters, and website content.
- Develop and oversee operational infrastructure and systems.
- Manage social media strategy and content creation.
- Collaborate on studio procurement, design, and budget research.
- Maintain supporter data in Salesforce.
- Assist with special projects and event planning as assigned.
