Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to work autonomously and take direction.
  • Exceptional ability to build working relationships in a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice and the potential of second chances.
  • Knowledge of or commitment to learning social impact issues, such as post-incarceration reentry.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and social media strategy preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with corporate and community partners for employment, donations, or in-kind support.
  • Conduct online research and compile data to support criminal justice and reentry initiatives.
  • Support intake and preparation for meetings with prospective funders.
  • Design marketing materials including pitch decks, newsletters, and website content.
  • Develop and oversee operational infrastructure and systems.
  • Manage social media strategy and content creation.
  • Collaborate on studio procurement, design, and budget research.
  • Maintain supporter data in Salesforce.
  • Assist with special projects and event planning as assigned.
