3–5 years of experience in Customer Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role.
Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI environments.
Strong understanding of SaaS performance metrics: NRR, GRR, renewal rates, MAU, DAU.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Gainsight.
Familiarity with forecasting and revenue tools such as Clari or Gong.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for open-ended challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder influence.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Experience with SQL or data warehouse platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery is a plus.
Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau is preferred.

Build and maintain reporting for key Customer Success metrics, including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), renewal rates, and usage and engagement KPIs such as MAU and DAU.
Translate customer and operational trends into clear, actionable insights for Customer Success leadership.
Perform quality assurance checks on reporting and data to ensure accuracy for senior leadership.
Partner with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and pre-sales teams on complex cross-functional projects.
Support the Senior Manager, Customer Success Operations in delivering strategic programs and initiatives.
Provide account-level and customer-facing context to help teams navigate operational challenges.
Contribute to strategic initiatives related to Customer Success platforms and usage-based pricing.
