Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience focused on AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning, neural networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, statistical modeling, mathematics, and analytical techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their AI/ML services.
- Experience using Git or comparable version control systems and working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain sophisticated AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI and ML solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of IT managed services.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI, ML, and intelligent automation into existing IT systems, workflows, and operational processes.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning models for use cases including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, automated incident response, and operational optimization.
- Build NLP solutions that enhance service desk operations, employee experiences, and customer interactions.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis, and intelligent decision-making.
- Contribute to computer vision initiatives supporting IT asset management, security, and related operational applications.
- Develop AI-powered automation solutions for network management, cybersecurity threat detection, and other complex IT operations.
- Research emerging AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and datasets for AI/ML applications.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
