Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration and complex architecture.
- Proficiency in building complex HubSpot workflows and custom object associations.
- Technical expertise in HubSpot APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth/API authentication.
- Strong knowledge of JSON.
- Proficiency in programming with JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python.
- Experience in data architecture, data synchronization, and troubleshooting integrations.
- Strongly preferred: Experience with Clio Manage and the Clio API.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, telephony, or payment systems.
- Capability to work beyond no-code tools when required.
- Ability to independently design, build, test, document, and maintain technical solutions.
- Experience in data migration, deduplication, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Design and administer the HubSpot CRM architecture.
- Manage and optimize Sales, Marketing, and Service processes within HubSpot.
- Develop complex pipelines, custom objects, properties, and workflows.
- Administer and optimize the Clio Manage environment.
- Design and maintain the data integration mapping between HubSpot and Clio.
- Build custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware for external platforms like Microsoft 365 and payment systems.
- Perform data migration, deduplication, governance, and quality assurance.
- Develop management dashboards and operational reporting.
- Document systems and independently troubleshoot technical issues.
