Requirements
- Must be an ABC Certified Orthotist.
- Experience with advanced orthotic technology and complex fittings.
- Willingness to travel 60–75% domestically with occasional international travel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be currently located in the Eastern region of the U.S.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients and clinicians on clinical applications and fitting techniques for orthotic products.
- Support customers via phone or MS Teams with product troubleshooting.
- Manage complex fittings through strategic onsite and virtual visits.
- Develop and deliver educational curriculum, including webinars, seminars, and technical workshops.
- Train Territory Sales Managers on product features and sales strategies.
- Provide clinical expertise and technical support to internal Reimbursement, Technical Support, and Customer Service departments.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to provide technical input for development projects.
- Create technical and clinical resources and documentation for orthotic products.
