Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Technical writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Medicare Part D rules and regulations.
- Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
- Commitment to participating in, adhering to, and supporting compliance program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide Medicare Part D SME support and coordination for annual re-implementations and new client implementations, including document creation and status reporting.
- Prepare member materials and letters while performing initial quality reviews and compliance checks against CMS and client requirements.
- Support Medicare Part D Product Managers with client requests and the creation of client-facing information.
- Administer Labeler Code updates for Coverage Gap processes and the ABII file process.
- Support Transition TAT, ESRD, B vs. D, and High Dollar reporting.
- Manage detailed work instructions and identify potential process improvements for implementation.
- Participate in meetings to take minutes and provide documentation support for Product Managers.
