Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Minimum seven years of progressive experience in corporate account management, partnership operations, program management, fundraising operations, or related business functions.
- Three years of people leadership experience.
- Direct responsibility for strategic or high-value accounts.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational leadership skills.
- Ability to balance people leadership with direct ownership of strategic account operations.
- Proficiency in computer-based applications and systems for account management, reporting, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 Corporate Account Operations staff.
- Manage account operations for a select portfolio of high-value corporate accounts.
- Direct execution of corporate partner programs to ensure consistent fulfillment and revenue goals.
- Establish and monitor team processes, service standards, and performance measures.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external corporate representatives.
- Analyze portfolio trends and operational data to inform retention and growth strategies.
