Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or similar role.
- Background in a medium-sized or larger company.
- Strong hands-on experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, comfortable building models from scratch.
- Experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Demonstrated experience using AI in finance or analysis workflows.
- Strong business communication skills, able to explain financial results to non-finance leaders.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and high levels of visibility.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models related to forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Perform deep financial analysis and proactively identify insights, trends, and solutions.
- Translate complex financial results into clear explanations for non-finance stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the business.
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, analysis depth, and decision support.
- Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to support leadership decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, structure, and clarity across all financial outputs.
