Requirements
- 10+ years of technology or financial industry work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the risk and compliance domain.
- Graduate or post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or business management.
- Expert-level program management skills.
- In-depth proficiency in data analytics, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical business audiences.
- Knowledge of software development practices, methodologies, and technology.
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and enterprise risk management processes.
- Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing ambiguity and cross-group collaboration.
- CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, CISM, or PMP certifications are an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert Regulatory Compliance support, guidance, and advice to T&O in support of the Enterprise Compliance Program (ECP).
- Identify and communicate new and revised regulatory changes via the Enterprise Regulatory Development Framework (ERDF).
- Maintain the T&O Process, Risk and Control (PRC) Framework, Tool, and Control Library.
- Perform risk assessments in accordance with ORMF and ECP requirements.
- Manage oversight for all enterprise-level new/revised policies to determine T&O impact.
- Leverage data to perform root cause and predictive analysis for risk and compliance management reporting.
- Contribute to the design of governance and control requirements for products, processes, and channels.
