Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 4+ years of full stack development experience, or 6+ years of relevant industry experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript across frontend and backend environments
- Expertise with React, Next.js, and modern frontend build tools
- Proven experience with Node.js, Express, and RESTful API development
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Experience with responsive design, CSS-in-JS, and frontend performance optimization
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
- Understanding of web security best practices and authentication/authorization implementation
Responsibilities
- Design and implement full stack features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL
- Build responsive, accessible frontend interfaces for patients and healthcare providers
- Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs with comprehensive authentication and HIPAA-compliant logging
- Create reusable React components and maintain consistent design patterns
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the stack
- Leverage AWS services for deployment including S3, CloudFront, and Fargate
