Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end development (React, TypeScript, state management, component architecture).
- Strong proficiency building back-end services and APIs (e.g., .NET) and relational data modeling/SQL.
- Working proficiency in Python for data ingestion and automation.
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows (e.g., Claude Code, MCP).
- Practical experience implementing LLM-backed features, including prompt design, retrieval strategy, and latency management.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to broad audiences.
- Proven experience championing Agile and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy features across React/TypeScript front ends, .NET service layers, and data pipelines.
- Build partner-facing experiences to simplify referral management, community profiles, and reporting.
- Utilize AI coding agents in daily workflows, including scoping, reviewing, and hardening output.
- Apply LLMs for data extraction, classification, matching, and summarization with systematic quality evaluation.
- Collaborate with leads on cloud-native component design and API development.
- Champion quality engineering practices including testing, linting, and pipeline automation.
- Mentor team members and define best practices for AI tooling adoption and governance.
- Investigate and resolve production issues across the full stack.
