Requirements
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing work centers vs. machine centers, routings, capacity, shifts, production orders and manufacturing flow, and planning worksheets (MRP/MSP concepts).
- Advanced warehousing knowledge such as bins, picks, put-aways, movements, inventory flows, drop shipments, etc.
- End-to-end implementation experience.
- Knowledge working with Insight Works.
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or implementation environment.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects (discovery, design, planning, configuration, testing, deployment).
- Work directly with clients to understand user and system requirements and identify required enhancements or customizations.
- Document business processes, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Configure and implement Business Central applications in customer environments.
- Manage client expectations, guide the project team, and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Provide functional support throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers on solution design, development, and testing.
- Conduct functional testing and validate delivered solutions.
- Prepare user documentation and support users during training and go-live.
