Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience in strategy, operations, or program management in a SaaS business.
- Management consulting or equivalent experience.
- Successful track record in building, scaling, and refining strategy and programs for complex businesses.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced with organizational design, organizational behavior, and leadership development.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to guide decision-making.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time, up to 50% on occasion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CPTO to build the organization-wide 3-year strategic plan aligned to GTM strategy.
- Serve as a business leader in annual strategic and financial planning, partnering with Finance and Revenue Operations.
- Own the leadership operating rhythm including staff meetings, QBRs, and executive committee touchpoints.
- Develop and publish team communications, including newsletters, town-halls, and R&D strategy documentation.
- Monitor organizational health signals and surface actionable insights to leadership.
- Run governance on change management planning for transformation initiatives.
- Provide executive-level support on strategic cross-functional projects.
