Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a capital markets, investments, or business development role
- Experience working in a fintech startup that raised debt or a private credit investor role
- Experience with raising, managing, or deploying debt facilities preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish speakers preferred
- Self-starter, comfortable taking the initiative in a remote work environment
- Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate without ego
- Passionate about creating great digital experiences for users
- Problem-solver mindset with a focus on challenging the status quo
Responsibilities
- Craft a strategy for growth in the region, working with fintech lenders and specialty finance companies along with private credit funds investing in them
- Work with asset originators and investors using our platform to ensure they are smoothly executing on debt operations and new deals
- Onboard new customers onto the platform as a main point of contact
- Understand deal details and data to ensure accuracy when it comes to reporting on structured debt deals
- Build and manage relationships with existing partners and customers
