Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in a mid-scale hotel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Sales and Revenue Management tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Strong project, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use independent judgment and make decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Multi-property experience with mid-scale hotels preferred.
- Ability to travel to franchise locations (approximately 10% of the time).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clear and measurable go-to-market sales initiatives to drive topline results.
- Lead the adoption and continued support of hotel revenue-generating platforms and resources.
- Develop strategic roadmaps individualized to each assigned hotel for use by franchisees and hotel associates.
- Establish bi-weekly touchpoints to provide direction on leveraging company resources.
- Support Global Sales strategies and account connectivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple levels of leadership to achieve revenue targets.
