Requirements
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR/Talent leadership experience.
- Domain experience spanning at least two of three core pillars: Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), and Talent Management.
- Exceptional program management and communications skills with a track record of driving complex company-wide initiatives.
- Skilled in analyzing performance ratings, turnover, and engagement metrics.
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools, automation, or talent tech platforms to streamline HR operations.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
- Capacity to operate as a strategic leader bridging executive vision with execution.
Responsibilities
- Design, scale, and execute high-impact talent programs across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead enablement programs for Talent Teams and People Managers to ensure execution of core talent practices.
- Craft change-management toolkits to drive program adoption company-wide.
- Oversee leadership development initiatives including the Manager Accelerator and Monthly Manager Forums.
- Build and execute frameworks for succession planning, high-potential identification, and internal mobility.
- Design and facilitate end-to-end performance review cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and executive talent calibrations.
- Analyze talent data and retention trends to provide actionable insights to C-suite and VP leaders.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to align on future workforce needs and build executive talent pipelines.
