Job Details

Solid frontend engineering experience with a track record of delivering production-grade work.
Extensive experience with TypeScript.
Experience with web components is highly preferred.
Ability to take on projects, scope them, and plan architecture without needing step-by-step direction.
Strong understanding of building accessible, performant, and maintainable UI at scale.
Ability to meaningfully contribute to architectural discussions and articulate trade-offs.
Writes clean, well-tested, high-quality code consistently.
Understands the user and business context behind technical work.
Communicates clearly and directly, especially in async-first environments.

Own frontend projects end-to-end from scoping through to production across payment surfaces and merchant-facing tooling.
Lead architectural decisions on frontend systems, including contributing to design sessions and producing RFCs and ADRs.
Build UI components that are composable, performant, and adaptable to business needs.
Monitor production impact using metrics and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Maintain high code quality standards and raise concerns to improve the codebase.
Contribute to incident response by taking the lead and driving resolutions.
Share knowledge actively to help raise the confidence and quality of the engineering team.
