Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS software development.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience in state management solutions (e.g., Redux, context APIs).
- Proven track record in building scalable, maintainable frontend applications.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and frontend performance optimization best practices.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Experience working in a Cloud environment (AWS is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality UI components, features, and reusable component libraries that contribute to our evolving design system.
- Implement user workflows that are intuitive, performant, accessible (a11y), and responsive across browsers and devices.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Backend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure platform reliability and long-term stability.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, upholding engineering best practices and contributing to frontend architecture documentation.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and continuously elevating the team's technical standards.
- Proactively identify and drive technical improvements across frontend systems, championing quality and maintainability.
