Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in healthcare operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Experience overseeing a minimum of $20M in revenue across multi-site operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral health business concepts (experience with CHCs, FQHCs, or CMHCs preferred).
- Strong understanding of P&L management and operational principles.
- Proven experience building and implementing strategic plans.
- Strong project management skills with experience executing projects on time and within budget.
- High computer literacy with relevant healthcare and administrative software.
- Telehealth experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel for annual leadership retreats and team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Drive provider and partner transitions and manage ongoing relationship activities.
- Support a large portfolio of partners by collaborating with account management to deliver on program needs.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure service efficiency and clinical alignment.
- Hold P&L responsibility for the business and report on annual budgets including revenue, COGS, and expenses.
- Lead department people-related initiatives including performance development, coaching, and team culture.
- Monitor clinician capacity and determine needs for internal or external recruitment.
- Collaborate with departments like sales, recruitment, marketing, and IT to align organizational efforts.
- Manage KPI dashboards and maintain Salesforce documentation for assignments and utilization.
