Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 2+ years of experience managing teams building complex, high-scale, product-driven systems.
- Proven experience with scalable, high-availability distributed systems.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring engineers and developing technical leaders.
- Strong track record of influencing architectural direction for multi-surface platforms.
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Go, GCP, Firestore, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, or ClickHouse is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10-15 engineers building the Custom Objects platform, including backend services, APIs, and UI integrations.
- Drive architectural evolution of the platform to support dynamic schemas, associations, and modular integrations.
- Ensure high reliability, observability, and operational stability for high-scale distributed systems.
- Foster a high-impact culture through effective hiring, talent development, and setting engineering standards.
- Partner with Product and Design teams to define and deliver capabilities that enhance CRM data modeling.
