Requirements
- 4-year bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences.
- Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience.
- Documented track record of sales achievement.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to travel 25-50% for work.
- Must live within the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and close to a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and execute strategies to grow sales within the assigned territory, focusing on medical schools, colleges, and high schools.
- Independently source and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and nurture relationships with educational stakeholders including superintendents, professors, deans, and teachers.
- Collaborate with a Senior Outside Sales Representative to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
- Deliver product demonstrations and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upselling opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay current on Anatomage products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Travel for trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
