Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Experience in project managing software implementations.
- Proven experience in a client-facing project management role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or client engagements.
- Proficiency with project management tools; Jira is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for onsite client events.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Events industry experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Align with clients on key project milestones and maintain accountability to agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans across a concurrent portfolio of client engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage scope, negotiate change orders, and present formal weekly status updates.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple work streams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and keep deliverables on track.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and manage post-event reviews.
