Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing project management, onboarding, or technical implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort discussing technical concepts such as APIs and data mapping.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and customer-facing teams.
- High accountability, adaptability, and organizational skills.
- CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce platforms, retail systems, or logistics technology is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Rocketlane is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer implementation projects end-to-end from kickoff through post-go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams including Customer Engineers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation.
- Facilitate technical discussions and translate requirements into implementation plans.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, timelines, and communications.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
