Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineering Licensure (PE) required; will accept FE on path to PE
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the electric utility industry
- Direct experience with substation protection and control projects (4kV to 345kV)
- Strong focus on substation design packages
- Proven Project Management skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing team player approach
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship within engineering and design team
- Ensure team consistency with design standards
- Perform quality control/assurance reviews
- Project support from scoping to final design and project closeout
- Provide construction support
- Develop One Lines, Three Line diagrams, AC/DC schematics, SCADA/RTU designs, and panel wiring
- Manage Bill of Material Development
