Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of managing technical teams.
- Deep knowledge of distributed computing and cloud ecosystems.
- Experience with enterprise software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrumban).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, design, and quality assurance.
- Hands-on technical leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and empathy skills.
- Ability to travel periodically.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-user facing engineering squads.
- Manage and resolve conflicts among individuals, teams, and peers.
- Mentor and coach team leaders and engineers.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle including discovery, design, QA, and support.
- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Agile processes.
- Expand engineering capacity to support company growth.
- Travel periodically for face-to-face time with the team.
