Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Extensive backend engineering experience building scalable production systems.
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with modern AI software development, including LLM integrations, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
- Technical proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with modern databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis) and caching technologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Own technical solutions end-to-end, translating customer and business needs into scalable, production-ready software.
- Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Design and build AI-powered product capabilities, including AI agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI services, and external APIs into production applications.
- Champion engineering best practices including code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and secure software development.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate customer needs into measurable business value.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and influence technical direction.
