Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven experience in end-to-end P&L management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage financial margins.
- Strong background in federal market software delivery and technology programs.
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel 25-50% for customer engagements and internal planning.
- Expertise in balancing sales, delivery, and operational strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the annual revenue target for the Space pod/domain.
- Drive net new revenue, expansions, and cross-sales in partnership with Account Executives and Mission Directors.
- Manage domain-level gross profit margins and ensure financial discipline.
- Serve as the escalation point for delivery or customer risk within the domain.
- Build, retain, and develop high-performing Mission Directors and supporting staff.
- Represent the domain in executive reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning forums.
