Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Previous outbound call center, appointment-setting, sales, or customer service experience
- Confidence making outbound calls and speaking with people who may be hesitant
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment
- Residence in Texas
- Ability to pass a required background check
- Windows 11 computer with at least 16 GB of RAM
- Two monitors
- Wired Ethernet connection and reliable high-speed internet
- Noise-canceling USB headset
- Quiet, private workspace suitable for healthcare-related calls
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing healthcare plan members
- Explain available services and their benefits in English and Spanish
- Answer basic member questions using approved information
- Help eligible members schedule appointments
- Handle questions and objections professionally
- Accurately document call outcomes
- Meet expectations for attendance, call activity, quality, and appointment conversions
- Provide patient, professional, and compassionate service
