Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in B2B content, editorial, or content marketing roles.
- Demonstrated experience writing and editing high-quality long-form and short-form content.
- Hands-on operational experience using AI writing tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Jasper.
- Experience tracking and analyzing content performance metrics to inform editorial decisions.
- Familiarity with AEO and SEO fundamentals.
- Experience within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical B2B sectors is preferred.
- Operational familiarity with marketing and content management tools, such as Salesforce, Profound, and a CMS.
- Experience designing and implementing documented content creation systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the content strategy specifically for web, video, and other digital channels, aligning output with Demand Generation and Growth pipeline goals.
- Produce strategic content directly while building and managing an AI-assisted workflow for drafting, reviewing, editing, and publishing at scale.
- Direct external resources, including freelancers, designers, and subject matter experts, to produce targeted content deliverables.
- Utilize AEO and SEO fundamentals to improve content reach.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to inform editorial decisions and pipeline contribution.
