Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience managing technology partner programs, competencies, specializations, or certifications.
- Proven experience with Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud partner ecosystems.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating audits, assessments, or compliance activities.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations and Specializations (preferred).
- Experience with AWS Competencies and Service Delivery Programs (preferred).
- Experience with Google Cloud Specializations (preferred).
- Background working for a VAR, MSP, MSSP, systems integrator, or cloud consulting organization (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations and Partner Capability Score requirements.
- Coordinate activities to achieve and maintain Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud specializations and competencies.
- Track certification requirements, flag gaps, and monitor program changes for stakeholders.
- Maintain audit-ready repositories by organizing SOWs, architecture documents, and deployment evidence.
- Coordinate annual reviews, renewals, and external assessments with vendor partner teams.
- Maintain reporting dashboards to provide visibility into certification attainment and expiration dates.
