Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Product Manager experience
- Proven success bringing a product from concept through delivery/deployment while leading a technical team
- Experience managing a remote and diverse product development/design team
- Strong eye for UI/UX design
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while maintaining superior quality
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, strong time management, and follow-up capabilities
- Ability to execute at a detailed level while aligning with big-picture goals
- Commitment to working in the PST time zone or close to it
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and your Squad, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, integrating client feedback, market trends, and data-driven insights
- Write technical specifications for developers for the creation of new features and maintain internal documentation of product releases
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries
- Analyze product performance metrics to inform iterative improvements and drive product-market fit
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to discover and deliver effective solutions
