Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- 3+ years in a delivery leadership or management capacity.
- Strong technical background in Ping Identity (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, PingDirectory, DaVinci).
- Strong technical background in Okta (Identity Engine, Universal Directory, Okta Workflows, API Access Management, Okta Integration Network).
- Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO architecture, MFA, and API security.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent engagements and delivery teams.
- Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve client concerns.
- Experience with resource planning, utilization management, and staffing optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be open to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery timelines, milestones, and deliverables across the Access Management engagement portfolio.
- Serve as the senior technical resource for complex challenges involving Ping Identity and Okta platforms.
- Own resource allocation and staffing decisions for Access Management engagements.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, client concerns, and technical blockers.
- Support presales efforts by providing technical validation of proposed solutions and staffing models.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to Architects, Senior Engineers, and Engineers.
- Manage client relationships and conduct executive-level steering committee updates.
