Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- 3+ years of experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Experience working with data to craft reports, analytics, and metrics.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, CTEs, and ActiveRecord/Arel.
- Firm understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Strong expertise in data modeling and query performance optimization.
- Proven track record solving complex architectural challenges.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Turn fleet data into clear, defensible guidance for fleet managers to make high-level decisions.
- Deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, agentic workflows, and data insights.
- Work closely with the Data Team to implement solutions surfacing data via analytics platforms and AI-powered features.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to design and architect new data products.
- Produce well-tested, maintainable, and performant code.
- Research and implement prototypes to validate technical feasibility.
