Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web and mobile application development with a focus on React Native.
- Strong proficiency in React Native including React Navigation, Expo, and native module development (Swift/Kotlin/Objective-C/Java).
- Deep understanding of React.js, Redux, Context API, or similar state management frameworks.
- Experience integrating React Native applications with native iOS and Android components.
- Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques, including profiling, memory management, and UI rendering.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL into mobile and web applications.
- Familiarity with mobile authentication techniques including OAuth, biometric authentication, and secure session management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development such as Fastlane, Bitrise, or App Center.
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading mobile development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop innovative cardholder experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Lead the development of React Native-based SDKs and applications, ensuring high performance and seamless integration across platforms.
- Architect and implement reusable React Native components that align with modern design patterns and best practices.
- Optimize performance for mobile applications, leveraging techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient rendering strategies.
- Define and contribute to technical roadmaps, design documents, and system architecture to ensure high-quality UI experiences.
- Advocate for and implement modern engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring.
