Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- 4+ years of experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Strong working knowledge of software development processes and design concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Located in the Pacific Time Zone.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images to help customers build securely.
- Partner with account teams (AEs, SEs, CSMs, and Support) to drive account-level strategies, value realization, and retention.
- Act as 'customer zero' by testing and documenting Chainguard images to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize image builds based on customer requirements.
- Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the organization.
