Requirements
- Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in e-commerce businesses.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and/or TikTok.
- Experience setting up bookkeeping systems (QuickBooks strongly preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required).
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Comfortable working with international teams and time zones.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Available during U.S. East Coast hours.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage QuickBooks for U.S. operations.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Categorize transactions and reconcile bank/credit card accounts.
- Manage and reconcile data across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok platforms.
- Prepare monthly reports and support monthly close processes.
- Collaborate with international finance team and external CPA.
- Identify gaps and help improve financial systems and processes.
