Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in non-discrimination testing.
- 8+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
- Credentials from a nationally recognized organization such as ASPPA or NIPA.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, Internal Revenue Code requirements, and related regulations.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and manage performance.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with Pension Pro is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support 4–6 professional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
- Monitor team productivity, performance metrics, and progress through reporting and data analysis.
- Establish weekly objectives, track results, and implement improvements to achieve team targets.
- Resolve escalated service issues while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and mentor assistant team leaders and team leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities.
- Manage salary budgets, workforce planning, and team resource allocation.
- Support client retention initiatives through consistent service quality and operational excellence.
- Stay informed on regulatory updates, legislative changes, industry trends, and technology developments impacting retirement plan services.
- Provide strategic input on staffing models, succession planning, and organizational improvements.
