Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with enterprise finance systems, business applications, or related technology functions.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, engineering teams, or finance systems professionals.
- Deep expertise with ERP and financial planning platforms, including NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB).
- Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting processes, reporting, forecasting, and planning workflows.
- Experience integrating finance platforms with CRM systems, cloud data warehouses, middleware, or iPaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration with financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of modern SDLC practices, agile delivery methodologies, and technology governance.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex technology programs.
- Experience supporting audit processes, financial controls, compliance initiatives, or SOX-related requirements.
- Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or digitally driven organizations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of finance systems engineers and technology professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Define and execute a multi-year finance systems roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and operational priorities.
- Serve as the strategic technology partner for Finance teams, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Own the ongoing optimization, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise finance platforms, including ERP and financial planning systems.
- Oversee system integrations across business applications, CRM platforms, data environments, and finance-related tools.
- Establish effective software development lifecycle practices to ensure predictable delivery, quality outcomes, and operational excellence.
- Drive improvements in automation, data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and financial process efficiency.
- Ensure financial systems support compliance, audit requirements, governance standards, and strong data controls.
- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with external partners when needed.
- Communicate roadmap progress, risks, priorities, and decisions clearly with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
