Requirements

  • Doctorate degree with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 9+ years in Information Systems or technology leadership.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct people management or leadership of teams, programs, or projects.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology products, BI, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Understanding of modern data platforms including Databricks, Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and data pipelines.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based solutions on platforms like AWS, including security and operational monitoring.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and RAG.
  • Proven ability to manage full product lifecycles from strategy through delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including engineers, product managers, data specialists, and architects.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technology leader for Agile teams supporting commercial technology products, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities.
  • Define and execute product roadmaps, investment priorities, and release plans to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Build partnerships with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, sustainable products.
  • Lead Agile delivery processes including planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and dependency management.
  • Establish performance metrics, OKRs, and adoption indicators to measure and improve product outcomes.
  • Drive AI and analytics initiatives to improve business performance and operational decision-making.
  • Oversee platform operations including incident management, root cause analysis, and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver cloud-based data and AI solutions consistent with architecture and security standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering accountability and innovation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions regarding data platforms, machine learning, and automation.
