Requirements
- Doctorate degree with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 9+ years in Information Systems or technology leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of direct people management or leadership of teams, programs, or projects.
- Experience leading enterprise technology products, BI, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Understanding of modern data platforms including Databricks, Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and data pipelines.
- Experience delivering cloud-based solutions on platforms like AWS, including security and operational monitoring.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Proven ability to manage full product lifecycles from strategy through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including engineers, product managers, data specialists, and architects.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including SAFe methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technology leader for Agile teams supporting commercial technology products, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities.
- Define and execute product roadmaps, investment priorities, and release plans to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Build partnerships with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, sustainable products.
- Lead Agile delivery processes including planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and dependency management.
- Establish performance metrics, OKRs, and adoption indicators to measure and improve product outcomes.
- Drive AI and analytics initiatives to improve business performance and operational decision-making.
- Oversee platform operations including incident management, root cause analysis, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver cloud-based data and AI solutions consistent with architecture and security standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering accountability and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions regarding data platforms, machine learning, and automation.
