Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in clinical programming, data management, database support, SAS programming, or analytics development.
- Experience working with EDC platforms such as Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform, or similar clinical systems.
- Strong knowledge of SAS programming, SDTM datasets, clinical data standards, and validation processes.
- Understanding of clinical trial processes, biometrics, and clinical data management practices.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Spotfire or Tableau.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of solutions for EDC platforms, SAS programming, data reporting, and analytics tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and primary technical contact for clinical programming applications.
- Develop and maintain visual analytics dashboards using tools such as Spotfire or Tableau.
- Manage post-production changes to EDC databases and enhance SAS programs, including edit checks and listings.
- Provide statistical programming support for the development and maintenance of SDTM and client-standard datasets.
- Plan and oversee study programming activities, including resource estimation and quality management.
- Conduct peer reviews and quality control activities for study designs and programming deliverables.
