Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, systems administration, or business systems analytics.
- Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales technology platforms (e.g., Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, or Kantata).
- Understanding of business system integrations, automation workflows, permissions, and data management.
- Experience using AI tools in daily workflows for automation and productivity.
- Exposure to technology evaluations, requirements gathering, and implementation planning.
- Ability to translate process and tooling challenges into actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market models (preferred).
- Experience with automation tools like Workato or Zapier (plus).
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, BI tools, SQL, or Python (beneficial).
Responsibilities
- Support the technical roadmap for the revenue technology ecosystem.
- Maintain daily operational processes including user provisioning and troubleshooting.
- Manage stakeholder requests and provide timely communication.
- Identify gaps in workflows and integrations to implement practical improvements.
- Assist with the evaluation and introduction of new technology solutions.
- Support vendor management, procurement, and renewals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Revenue Operations, Sales, and IT.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational insights.
- Document workflows and best practices to enable self-service support.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to streamline processes.
