Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, product analysis, business analysis, product development, market analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including intermediate Excel skills and experience with data visualization.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
- Interest in product management, analytics, and continuous improvement within a business environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance, profitability, customer needs, and market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Transform complex datasets into clear reports, dashboards, visualizations, and actionable insights for business leaders and stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive research and support product decisions related to positioning, pricing, rates, product structures, and guidelines.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, documentation, and product specifications.
- Support product updates through planning, testing, quality assurance, regulatory processes, implementation, and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Actuarial, Underwriting, Sales, Technology, and other teams to deliver effective improvements.
- Identify process, reporting, and product gaps while recommending practical solutions to enhance performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.
