Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams without direct management authority.
Strong go-to-market experience in channel-driven markets involving enterprise buyers or consultants.
Familiarity with AI-powered products, personalization, automation, or recommendation systems.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
Ability to create clear product documentation, business cases, and strategic narratives.

Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision.
Design incentive structures, reimbursement models, and compliance frameworks in collaboration with legal and benefits experts.
Develop and validate financial models, unit economics, pricing strategies, and ROI frameworks.
Partner with engineering, data, clinical, operations, finance, and commercial teams to drive successful execution.
Build go-to-market strategies, positioning, and sales enablement materials for enterprise buyers.
Establish operational standards and measurement frameworks for product impact and customer outcomes.
Drive behavior change strategies through defined member journeys and engagement metrics.
