Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management with ownership of large-scale initiatives.
- Master’s degree or higher in business, computer science, healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience building and launching sophisticated, user-centric products.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and AI development processes.
- Experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and business outcomes.
- Ability to influence executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Design Thinking practices.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI principles and healthcare regulatory considerations.
- Experience in health technology, healthcare software, or SaaS environments is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI model product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmaps.
- Represent the needs of healthcare providers and stakeholders in AI product development.
- Translate business objectives into prioritized product initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and UX teams to design and deliver AI-powered capabilities.
- Lead product discovery, development, and launch processes using agile and design thinking.
- Champion responsible AI practices in alignment with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product adoption and customer engagement.
