Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product management.
- 5+ years of experience in technical platforms (database, data infrastructure, developer tools, or AI infrastructure).
- Deep technical fluency in modern AI infrastructure (vector search, embeddings, RAG, agent frameworks, model serving, context engineering).
- Hands-on experience building with frontier AI models (APIs, code-generation tools, MCP, agent frameworks).
- Proven track record of taking products from PRFAQ to launch and adoption.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear, actionable PRFAQs and PRDs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing to earn trust and deliver results.
- Experience using AI deeply in day-to-day product management workflows (research, analysis, drafting).
- Strong preference for familiarity with Anthropic's Claude stack.
Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy and roadmap for a meaningful area within the AI portfolio.
- Draft PRFAQs and PRDs, working backwards from customer needs and validating with enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with engineering to define architectural tradeoffs and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
- Run design partner programs to bring customer voice into the roadmap and build reference customers.
- Partner with Sales, PMM, and GTM teams to create effective positioning, demos, and competitive content.
- Contribute as the product owner to analyst briefings, keynote content, and partner co-marketing.
- Mentor other PMs and help shape the team's operating cadence, standards, and AI-driven practices.
