Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management.
- Master's or higher degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
- Solid track record of managing large product lines and innovation.
- Ability to work through ambiguity in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business results.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional oral, written, and listening communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Experience with AI development and application in products.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI and applicable healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Understand and represent the needs of current and future users, residents, and patients for AI models.
- Create and drive a product strategy and multi-year roadmap to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Contribute to the AI Platform roadmap to enable products and users to deliver exceptional care.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and other product managers using agile processes and Design Thinking.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and support for product launches.
- Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.
